ABOUT ME
Vahid Fazel is an Iranian-Canadian visual artist, filmmaker, and illustrator based in Toronto. His work bridges cultural narratives and universal themes through animations, compelling illustrations, and prints.
Inspired by dreams, poems, nature, and personal experience, Vahid’s art delves into the spectrum of human emotions, exploring themes of resilience, identity, and displacement. His black-and-white drawings and prints reflect both simplicity and profound emotional depth.
His work has been exhibited and screened nationally and internationally, and his poster, "Woman Life Freedom," is in the collection of the Canadian Museum of History.
